AIRbnb condo full tearout remodel in Vail ,Colorado for client . Completed at 10:30 night before first Airbnb guests arrival the next morning . The interior designer did an excellent job with the final layout of interior . We started with a wreck of an abandoned duplex considered a Ski in location from the slopes at Vail and gutted the full and half bathrooms,Complete tear out of the kitchen. Reworked all plumbing ,electrical and existing utilities. Installed all new lighting inside and out. New 5 foot tub with new plumbing and new hardware in the master bath . The half bath on main floor had existing fiberglass shower that we demod and replaced with slate tiling and new hardware after reworking all plumbing.Extensive sheetrock repairs were needed throughout the property as well as major repairs to doors, electrical and plumbing. New flooring throughout were needed. . It has been changed since with new furniture and the fireplace has been reworked plus it's only a mere $775 a night to lease ...
